– We're Hiring –

ARTAND Foundation is looking for a motivated assistant to work one day a week supporting our small team and office.

It will be largely administrative and an opportunity to learn and contribute to the broader practice and projects of ARTAND. We see this as a training position that might grow into a new role in time. You will be answering directly to the Chair/Publisher and Foundation Manager.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to general administration duties including professional and personal correspondence, diary management, scheduling and minutes for meetings, organising freight, liaising with artists, suppliers and partnering organisations.

We prefer applicants hold a NSW drivers licence, have excellent organisation and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and self-manage, proficient knowledge of MS Office, sound communication and numeracy skills. Pay is commensurate with experience.
