‘Ranjani Shettar: Dewdrops and Sunshine’ (2011–12)

Shettar makes the moving still. The past and the present are melded together and then become withdrawn – to witness how they intersect and suspend one another.

Her work is also born out of the diversity of the materials she uses: from vulcanised rubber latex to PVC tubing and tamarind kernel paste. – Scott McCulloch
